Ingredients:
- 100g of jasmine rice
- 2 large eggs
- 50g of green peas
- 30g of spring onions
- 1 clove of garlic, minced
- 30ml of soy sauce
- 15ml of sesame oil
- Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:
- Rinse the jasmine rice under cold water until the water runs clear. Cook the rice according to the package instructions and set aside.
- In a wok, heat the sesame oil over medium-high heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
- Add the cooked rice to the wok, stirring well to combine with the garlic.
- Push the rice to one side of the wok and crack the two eggs into the empty space. Scramble them quickly until just cooked, then stir them into the rice.
- Add the green peas and chopped spring onions to the mix, stirring to combine.
- Drizzle the soy sauce over the rice and mix well to ensure even flavor distribution. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, allowing the flavors to meld together.
