Turkey Wrap with Lettuce
Ingredients:
- 100g sliced turkey breast
- 1 large lettuce leaf (about 20g)
- 30g whole wheat tortilla
- 10g avocado
- 10g low-fat cream cheese
- 10g sliced bell peppers
- 5g mustard
Kitchen Tools Needed:
- Knife
- Cutting board
- Spatula
Instructions:
- Lay the whole wheat tortilla flat on a clean surface.
- Spread the low-fat cream cheese evenly over the tortilla.
- Place the sliced turkey breast on top of the cream cheese.
- Add the avocado slices, bell peppers, and mustard on top of the turkey.
- Carefully place the lettuce leaf on top of the fillings.
- Roll the tortilla tightly, starting from one end, to form a wrap.
- Slice the wrap in half and serve.
