                                  Turkey Wrap with Lettuce

           

Ingredients:

  • 100g sliced turkey breast
  • 1 large lettuce leaf (about 20g)
  • 30g whole wheat tortilla
  • 10g avocado
  • 10g low-fat cream cheese
  • 10g sliced bell peppers
  • 5g mustard

Kitchen Tools Needed:

  • Knife
  • Cutting board
  • Spatula

Instructions:

  • Lay the whole wheat tortilla flat on a clean surface.
  • Spread the low-fat cream cheese evenly over the tortilla.
  • Place the sliced turkey breast on top of the cream cheese.
  • Add the avocado slices, bell peppers, and mustard on top of the turkey.
  • Carefully place the lettuce leaf on top of the fillings.
  • Roll the tortilla tightly, starting from one end, to form a wrap.
  • Slice the wrap in half and serve.
