Ingredients:
- 200g grilled chicken breast
- 50g mixed salad greens
- 50g cherry tomatoes
- 30g cucumber
- 20g feta cheese
- 15g olive oil
- 10g balsamic vinegar
- 5g mustard
- Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:
- Grill the chicken breast until fully cooked and no longer pink inside, about 6-7 minutes per side.
- While the chicken is grilling, prepare the salad by combining the mixed greens, cherry tomatoes, and cucumber in a large bowl.
- Once the chicken is cooked, slice it into strips and add it to the salad bowl.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, balsamic vinegar, mustard, salt, and pepper to create the dressing.
- Drizzle the dressing over the salad and toss gently to combine.
- Top the salad with crumbled feta cheese and serve immediately.
