                  Cheesecake Factory Style Cheesecake

            



Ingredients:

  • 1 cup cream cheese (softened)
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter (melted)

Kitchen Tools Needed:

  • Mixing bowl
  • Electric mixer
  • Whisk
  • Serving dishes

Instructions:

  • In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese and granulated sugar. Beat until smooth and creamy.
  • Add the vanilla extract and sour cream to the mixture, and continue to mix until well combined.
  • In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form, then gently fold it into the cream cheese mixture.
  • In another bowl, mix the graham cracker crumbs with melted butter until well combined.
  • To assemble, layer the graham cracker mixture at the bottom of serving dishes, then spoon the cheesecake mixture on top.
  • Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
