Cheesecake Factory Style Cheesecake
Ingredients:
- 1 cup cream cheese (softened)
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter (melted)
Kitchen Tools Needed:
- Mixing bowl
- Electric mixer
- Whisk
- Serving dishes
Instructions:
- In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese and granulated sugar. Beat until smooth and creamy.
- Add the vanilla extract and sour cream to the mixture, and continue to mix until well combined.
- In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form, then gently fold it into the cream cheese mixture.
- In another bowl, mix the graham cracker crumbs with melted butter until well combined.
- To assemble, layer the graham cracker mixture at the bottom of serving dishes, then spoon the cheesecake mixture on top.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
