Creamy Chicken and Mushroom Bake
Ingredients:
- 2 Chicken breasts (300g)
- 200g Mushrooms, sliced
- 100ml Cream
- 100g Bacon, diced
- 1 Onion, chopped
- 1 Bell Pepper, diced
- 100g Ham, chopped
- 2 tablespoons Mayonnaise
- 2 Eggs
- 150g Gouda Cheese, grated
- 2 tablespoons Butter
- 2 tablespoons Olive Oil

Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 200°C (392°F).
- In a skillet, heat the olive oil and butter over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and bell pepper, sauté until softened.
- Add the diced bacon and cook until crispy. Then, add the sliced mushrooms and cook until they release their moisture.
- In a bowl, mix the cream, mayonnaise, and eggs until well combined. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- In a baking dish, layer the cooked vegetables and bacon mixture, followed by the chopped ham and chicken breasts on top.
- Pour the cream mixture over the chicken and top with grated Gouda cheese.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through and the cheese is golden and bubbly.
