Fruit Jelly
Ingredients:
- 1 cup fruit juice (e.g., grape, apple, or orange)
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1 tablespoon gelatin powder
- 1/2 cup water
- Fresh fruit pieces (optional)
Kitchen Tools Needed:
- Saucepan
- Stirring spoon
- Measuring cups
- Refrigerator
Instructions:
- In a small saucepan, combine 1/2 cup of water and 2 tablespoons of sugar. Heat over medium heat until the sugar dissolves.
- Sprinkle 1 tablespoon of gelatin powder over the mixture and stir until fully dissolved.
- Remove from heat and add 1 cup of fruit juice, stirring well to combine.
- If desired, add fresh fruit pieces to the mixture.
- Pour the mixture into two serving cups and refrigerate for at least 2 hours until set.
