Fruit Jelly

                                   

                      Fruit Jelly





Ingredients:

  • 1 cup fruit juice (e.g., grape, apple, or orange)
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 tablespoon gelatin powder
  • 1/2 cup water
  • Fresh fruit pieces (optional)

Kitchen Tools Needed:

  • Saucepan
  • Stirring spoon
  • Measuring cups
  • Refrigerator

Instructions:

  • In a small saucepan, combine 1/2 cup of water and 2 tablespoons of sugar. Heat over medium heat until the sugar dissolves.
  • Sprinkle 1 tablespoon of gelatin powder over the mixture and stir until fully dissolved.
  • Remove from heat and add 1 cup of fruit juice, stirring well to combine.
  • If desired, add fresh fruit pieces to the mixture.
  • Pour the mixture into two serving cups and refrigerate for at least 2 hours until set.
