Ingredients:
- 20g dried kombu seaweed
- 1 medium cucumber, thinly sliced
- 1 medium carrot, julienned
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
- 1 tablespoon chopped green onions
Kitchen Tools Needed:
- Bowl
- Knife
- Cutting board
- Whisk
Instructions:
- Soak the dried kombu in water for about 10 minutes until it becomes soft.
- Drain the kombu and cut it into thin strips.
- In a bowl, combine the sliced cucumber, julienned carrot, and kombu strips.
- In a separate small bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, rice vinegar, and sesame oil.
- Pour the dressing over the salad and toss to combine.
- Sprinkle sesame seeds and chopped green onions on top before serving.
