Ingredients:

  • 200g Tuna Steak
  • 100g Quinoa
  • 150g Green Beans
  • 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Lemon Juice
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

Instructions:

  • Rinse the quinoa under cold water and cook it according to package instructions (usually about 15 minutes).
  • While the quinoa is cooking, season the tuna steak with salt, pepper, and lemon juice.
  • Heat the olive oil in a pan over medium-high heat and sear the tuna steak for about 2-3 minutes on each side, depending on your preferred doneness.
  • In the last few minutes of cooking, add the green beans to the pan to steam them slightly.
