Ingredients:

  • 100g sliced turkey breast
  • 1 whole wheat tortilla (60g)
  • 50g fresh spinach
  • 30g avocado
  • 20g low-fat cream cheese
  • 10g mustard
  • 1 medium tomato (100g)

Kitchen Tools Needed:

  • Knife
  • Cutting board
  • Spatula
  • Plate

Instructions:

  • Spread the low-fat cream cheese evenly on the whole wheat tortilla.
  • Layer the sliced turkey breast on top of the cream cheese.
  • Add fresh spinach leaves over the turkey.
  • Slice the avocado and place it on top of the spinach.
  • Add sliced tomato and drizzle mustard over the top.
  • Roll the tortilla tightly to form a wrap, tucking in the ends as you go.
  • Slice the wrap in half and serve.
