Ingredients:
- 100g sliced turkey breast
- 1 whole wheat tortilla (60g)
- 50g fresh spinach
- 30g avocado
- 20g low-fat cream cheese
- 10g mustard
- 1 medium tomato (100g)
Kitchen Tools Needed:
- Knife
- Cutting board
- Spatula
- Plate
Instructions:
- Spread the low-fat cream cheese evenly on the whole wheat tortilla.
- Layer the sliced turkey breast on top of the cream cheese.
- Add fresh spinach leaves over the turkey.
- Slice the avocado and place it on top of the spinach.
- Add sliced tomato and drizzle mustard over the top.
- Roll the tortilla tightly to form a wrap, tucking in the ends as you go.
- Slice the wrap in half and serve.
